I noticed some interesting and odd differences in functionality between “Activities” and “Notes”.
When a user “follows” a record, they get email notifications when someone logs a Note - but not not when someone logs an “Activity”. However, “Activities” are what we are able to generate reports on, and what show up in the feed, and can be exported through the Google-sheets add-on.
What functionality is associated with each is a bit unintuitive - curious what the purpose/intentions behind each is?
