We would like to mark fields as prerequisites in the Pipeline / Opportunity for being marked WON and subsequent Project created. I’ve tried making the desired fields as REQUIRED in Projects and Not Required in Pipelines but that option was not allowed when attempted in the field settings.
Hello everyone!The e-mails I'm sending through Copper are not being visible at the Send box at my Gmail. I've been sending several emails through Cooper and I can't find the problem why those emails do not exist in the Send folder. I’ve checked the Sync check box at Cooper and everything is okay. What should I do?
When I send a PDF of a report it cuts off after about 20 rows. How do I send a full copy of the report to a non-Copper user?
Can Copper be configured to relate and email to all addressees on the email (that are in Copper)?
When modifying records, either in bulk or individually, there’s a chance they will not take due to 50x errors, 40x errors, etc. general backend reliability issues.sometimes you see a little yellow box at the bottom saying errror creating activity, sometimes you can only see this in the network diagnostics tab.Given copper does not have a service worker, it cannot asynchronously retry this, so this change you’ve made is permanently not going to apply. and, given that its usually not possible to see this, it ends up just being wrong.What are others doing around this? are you attempting user education to ask them to reload after each change and check? what about in e.g. changing a large number of people in a list, do you export to csv, then make the change, then export to csv again and then diff?Or have you come up with another way?
We have created an activity called ‘Voice Mail’. It is *not* marked as an interaction (since it was not).This creates the first problem: copper will not use this in a filter, its just broken.The ask on my team is, ‘find all the people we have sent a voice mail to in the last 30 days that have not interacted with us’.so the interacted, we can use the last contacted or inactive days. but we can’t get the last voice mail activity into the table.This is another use case for the join i mentioned earlier. A join of company->people, a join of people->activity would help.How can i achieve this objective? without saying “export to csv and solve it somewhere else”, how i can do something that approximates one of these:column of ‘last vm date’, ‘last interaction’, ‘inactive days’ in people, allowing people filters to work people table with a filter saying ‘last vm date >= 30days before now”Or, another way:can we get the filters fixed to allow all activity types, rather than just interact
Currently - our company uses Google Workspace with Google Contacts to keep contacts up-to-date (i.e. add new contacts). We then import the Google Contacts to Mailchimp, and run email marketing campaigns. When using Mailchimp, some contacts unsubscribe.We want to have up-to-date contacts in Google Contacts, MailChimp, and Copper. Importantly - we do not want to email those that have unsubscribed (i.e. if we shift to Copper for email marketing in the future). We are new to Copper, and want to ensure we set things up correctly from the start. A few questions:Should we import contacts into Copper from Google Contacts, or from Mailchimp? Hello!When we receive applications for our service via Meta Lead Forms or Website Lead Forms, they are sent to Copper via Zapier. Every now and then, it appears that Copper will not present these until several days later.The time and date stamp match the submission date of the form, so there is no delay with the Zapier integration, it appears to be an issue in Copper.See below examples, showing where these anomalies occur. HI, I’m trying to create a report/insight into how long it is taking opportunites to move through the pipeline. I have created the automation to show the number of days in each stage- but I’m stuck on pulling a report on average time to close.
I have my settings set to always track all email opens. But, the last email that’s been tracked was from 11/29 (5 days ago). I haven’t changed any settings. I’ve tried restarting my browser, reinstalling the chrome extension, and toggling the setting on and off. Nothing seems to turn that feature back on.My co-workers’ emails are being tracked, and I’ve looked at their settings and they look the same to me.What can I do to get this working again?Thanks in advance.
Hi, recently, over the past week, we have encountered a recurring issue where our API requests consistently receive an error: "requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 500 Server Error: Internal Server Error," particularly when querying the Activities data. The service becomes unavailable for periods extending an hour, during which repeated attempts to connect yield the same error…Could someone please look into this matter? When searching for 11 Companies that start with the same word, only 10 show up in the all results under the Companies heading. Is there a limit to how many results are displayed there?
Hey folks I just signed up to Copper and downloaded the Chrome extension, but it seems to have a bug as all the frames inside Gmail are broken (and it won’t let me skip the broken pages so i seem to be stuck in limbo).I can’t find a technical support email - anyone know if there is a known bug right now?

Hi Copper Community, I’ve recently started using Copper and building reports based on report templates. However, activity related reports (e.g. Activity by User, Activity Touchpoints by Company /Person & Opportunity) do not seem to work. They always show “No data for your filter selection” although I’ve plenty of activities on companies and persons. I’ve tried adjusting data range to “all time” but it does not help. Can anyone help? Thanks!
I have created a Zap to have new entries into a google spreadsheet go into mailchimp. Now, I would like to have new people with a specific tag be automatically added to that google spreadsheet. I also need to only have the first name, last name and email go into the spreadsheet and not all of the categories listed in copper.

Is it possible to set up a user with their company Gmail address (name@company.com) but also have a group email (legal@ or sales@) that person is a part of so all activity shows for companies for tracking? This is especially important/helpful when our legal team is corresponding with customers during contracting. Sales hands off the customer and so all of legal sees emails, the correspondence is sent from the group email, however the legal team have individual user accounts in Copper.OR Sales manager (lastname@company.com) and sales team (sales@company.com) - would want both emails to track for the customer in Copper.
Is there a possible list somewhere that lists down all variables I can use for a formula?Like I have a custom field I want to use in a formula to lowercase everything. Or even use email as an example.So if new person is created, when email is not empty, then FORMULA = lower(email). Right?But, where can I get these list of variable for all my fields? Hello. I just want to confirm: Is it true that to sync additional fields between copper and mailchimp, these fields have to be visible to the subscribers of mailchimp (i.e. the sign up form or the change subscribtion preferences form will have to show these fields and even make them editable to the subscriber)? that would be super unuseful. i am syncing a field from copper to mailchimp that contains the customer segment which i manage in copper. i do NOT want users to be able to see this info. i much less want them to be able to CHANGE this field. but as long as i set the field not to be visible (in mailchimp list field settings) the field will NOT show up in copper when trying to map it.
If you deactivate a field, is any data that was stored in that field lost? Or does the data reappear once the field is reactivated?
Hey! using the date field under details, I am looking keep track of important dates in my opportunity pipeline via google calendar. I understand I could create an event via copper but I might as well skip copper all together at that point. Looking to streamline things! Not create more steps. Would love to hear what others are doing.
