How do I create a workflow automation to move an opportunity based on a custom date field

We have a Balance Due pipeline. Within the pipeline the stages are: BALANCE DUE, OVER 30 DAYS DUE, OVER 60 DAYS DUE and OVER 90 DAYS DUE.

I would like to automatically move the opportunity from BALANCE DUE to OVER 30 DAYS DUE, when the CF_Posted_Date is more than 30 days past. 

Then the same for each of the other stages in this pipeline.

Is this possible?
