Is there a way to have the Contact Type field in the Company table automatically from Potential Customer to Current Customer and reverse that going from Current Customer to Past Customer when an Opportunity is lost.
It’s not something Copper users are incentivised to do, and there’s no onus on them to do it, so it would help keep the data live and might make Copper more useful to us.
Ideally it would be functionality that could be turned on or off depending on business requirements
