With dozens of opportunities in some profiles, I am wondering if there is a way to filter ‘Won’ opportunities, whether that means archiving them or just being able to filter from newest to oldest. Hi, we usually use the option to copy the stages from an old pipeline to new pipelines, but we can’t find that option anymore?And when we try to make a new pipeline, it suggests some templates for stages, but we can’t make our own template, and i think that would be a very nice option to have :)
I am following the Copper Playbook for Zapier and Google Docs. I followed step by step, except the one that is missing in Zapier. It does not come up so I am unable to continue according to the instructions. Could you please shed any light on this? Is the documentation obsolete? Thanks in advance

I have the google chrome extension and can relate an email to an opportunity. I want to turn off my google sync as the volume of emails not relevant is too great.If I turn off the google sync pull can I still use gmail to push relate an email through the chrome extension. That feature I like as it allows me to associate relevant messages only.

Hello! I am starting to admin Copper to our team and have a question about the “Projects” section/feature in the nav bar. We will never be using this feature as we already have PM software and I’d love to turn it off for our team (to reduce confusion and remove extra unnecessary features). I can’t find anywhere where that is possible - I only see that it is being sunset for new users. Any ideas or help here would be appreciated! Thank you :)
When the copper extension is active on google chrome in gmail I am not able to attach any files to emails. When I deactivate it the issue goes away.
I’ve complained to the help desk before but need to do it more publicly here. The export process of Copper is Awful - and will be the reason I do leave Copper. The number of times I’ve had to wait HOURS for simple exports is INSANE. I never know when I’m going to get them. When I do exports it means I need them IMMEDIATELY. I’m not even getting into the fact there is only one export format and I then need to spend time cleaning up fields I don’t need or want. Really horrible process.
