Can i use a Connect Field to “inheret” a custom fields from a Company Record in a “opportunity” record?  We have assigned tiers and exec sponsors to companies and want to make those values visible in the opportunity, including in the export to google sheets.

How are the profile images set for the People we have in Copper?I went to create an opportunity with a person and the picture associated with the person is … well not them. I am the one who initially loaded the data. I didn’t do anything with pictures. How are those set? Can we delete the image if it is wrong? Currently I only see the option to change it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Xero & Copper Integration

I am integration our Xero and Copper accounts and would love to add a field for “Days Since Last Invoice Was Created” so I can track how active accounts are/ set up an automation to email them after X amount of days. Is this possible? How would I go about doing this?

Emails not syncing with Gmail

My emails haven’t synced for roughly three weeks and I cannot send an email from Copper. The Gmail extension in Chrome gives me an AJAX error, but even when I uninstall the extension my emails to clients don't show up in their activity. I use my company's Google workspace account to login to Copper. Under Settings > Set Up Google it says synced emails should happen automatically. They've worked for almost a year but stopped 3 weeks ago. Thank you for any help!

Multiple sales funnels - Status review

I’m struggling to review how many DMs have been scheduled and what has happened with our opportunities as I go over the Q1 report. How can I review this information?We have multiple stages in the funnels and they sometimes are different. It goes something like, First approach made > DM Scheduled > CAPI Scheduled, > Proposal Scheduled, etc---Sometimes we had the classical no shows, or leads dying in the negotiation process, yet I’m not able to review this as the Lead cards might have been moved in the 3 month period. What do you recommend?Best, Diego

I need to assign a specific task to another group member every time a lead is completed. In the task section, it displays the task 'Hand off to Concierge,' but I need to see the options available for the concierge. However, I can't find this option. It only appears as a checkbox, but I am unable to assign it to a Copper user.

Exporting Leads not possible

In the Copper Application I am the Owner of the Company. Therefore I should have all Permissions. As of now, neither I, nor anyone else is able to export ANY Data from Copper. When I press the button to get the List of Information, the field at the bottom of the page appears where it says, that I will get a Mail with the Data. But no Mail ever arrives. The Problem is not in my mails, as they work perfectly fine and there is also nothing in the spam.

I was trying to help someone on my team send a bulk email, but she didn’t have the bulk email button there. Instead there was a single email icon to send to all of the people we checked off as one single email that included the 30 people. How do we get her the bulk email icon if it’s not there?

We’re thrilled to announce this is now available in Copper 🎈Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we’re excited to introduce an update that directly addresses a key customer request.With our enhancement, you can now filter a list by recurring date. This will exclude the year from the filter, making tracking and celebrating important customer milestones like birthdays or anniversaries easy.  Let’s walk through how it works:1. First, to use this feature you’ll need to have birthdays, anniversaries, or other customer milestones saved as a custom date field on your contact records. 2. Xero to Copper connections

Hi  I’ve integrated Copper with Xero. However, for some companies (in Copper) the invoices are not showing up. There are cases where the name of the company is exactly the same. I’d like to understand what names that I need to ensure are the same between Copper and Xero so that the invoice will show.Is it ensuring the name of the company is the same between the two platforms? Do I need to ensure at least one of the contacts are in Copper is also in Xero?Some guidance on how to ensure all the companies reflect the respective in Xero would be appreciated. Thanks,

Copper/Ring Central Integration

I recently added RingCentral to my business with the understanding that the Copper integration would track calls in Copper. Well, this was a bitter disappointment, as the integration doesn’t do that unless you’re using the app on a cell phone. And I’m not sure that always works.  I feel kind of duped by Copper because I had to upgrade my Copper account to basically turn on “click to call” which should be a built-in feature anyway and then you get to choose your phone system/provider.  Hopefully, I’m missing something here. I would appreciate any success stories and tips on this integration. Thanks, Michael

Zapier Integration not authenticating

Hi, I am able to generate an API key but when I use it in the Zapier connection, I get the following error: authentication failed: Your authenticate token is invalid. I’ve validated the email is correct, that I’m an admin, and that there are no extra spaces in the API key. What could be causing this?
