Where do I find task automation?
Just navigate to Settings > Automation > Task Automation to begin automating your team’s most common tasks.
How does it work?
If you have commonly occurring or repetitive actions in your workflow, you can automatically generate tasks for these actions in your Copper tasks list. For example, if a stage changes on an opportunity in your Pipeline, you may want to automatically create a task to follow up with that customer.
