It’s official 💕 Copper’s new list views are here to upgrade how you CRM

Hey Copper community 👋

Over the next few days, we’re moving the new list views experience out of Beta and into general availability for all Copper users. This means when your account has been moved over, you’ll automatically experience new lists when you log into your Copper account 🎉

You’ll have all the features you loved about our old lists, with a whole new look and feel — plus new and exciting functionality to make working in your lists a breeze. 

 

 

Our new list views experience is designed to increase your efficiency and productivity in Copper 🚀 Here are the updates and features we’ve added to help you stay laser-focused on building your important relationships: 

  • An updated, spreadsheet-like design: Easily consume and analyze key information to take the right next step
  • In-line and bulk editing: Quickly update most fields in your Copper records individually, or in groups, right from your list
  • More accessible filters: Create new filters in a few clicks and access saved filters faster to pick up right where you left off
  • Expanded preview functionality from your list: Access a preview window of any record type to update or review details without losing your spot in your list — so you always stay in your flow

@Melanie from Copper is the Pandadoc extension going to be fixed before this roll-out? We need to be able to work with Pandadoc and at this time it doesn’t work.

@andrewbermudez Our understanding is that PandaDoc addressed this from their side and that version 1.6.1 should address the issue. Can you confirm the version of the PandaDoc Google Chrome extension you currently have installed on your browser? 

@Melanie from Copper Thanks for the heads up. Yay! It works! I love the new design and it’s super fast!

Previously, you could open a record from a list and then navigate to Previous or Next record from within the open record - via buttons in the top left.

Since the new list view has been implemented, this has disappeared.

Also, when sending emails from a record it would show immediately. Now it does not and the screen needs to be refreshed in order for it to be shown.

@Melanie from Copper Hi Melanie, the Pandadoc extension is broken again. It won’t work when looking at an opportunity in full screen view. Please help! :)

Hi Melanie ~ I noticed the new list view works in the People / Contacts area, but not in the Leads / Propsects area. Is this correct, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

The list view is very helpful.  However our business is still using Google Sheets to track our orders because Sheets allows us to change the colors of the entire rows of data.  That gives our sales reps and our logistics team the ability to quickly look at the status of different orders.  It would be VERY helpful if we had the option to do this in Copper.  Allow us to change the entire color of a row, not just one field in the row.  

@wtmcc Agreed - control over what colors are used where would be very helpful.

 

Very excited for the new list views. Any update on when we will have the ability to use filters to set custom list view columns that are pipeline specific? Having the ability for a user to work multiple pipelines with different info requirements is huge.
