I’ve recently set up the Mailchimp integration to sync two-ways. I would like to see some Mailchimp data in a contact’s individual record in Copper so I created and mapped custom fields for “status” “rating” “open” and “click” and made them all text fields. My records are syncing but I don’t see any Mailchimp data in the custom fields that I made and mapped (see screenshot of custom fields)
However, I do see this Mailchimp data in the contact record’s “related” section under Mailchimp > Audience > View Activity (see status related screenshot). Is this the only way to see this information, or is it possible to see this in the custom fields that I made and mapped? It would be nice to filter by Mailchimp rankings, clicks, etc.
