t sure what’s happening on Copper.

 

All the communities I tagged their contact as “Unknown” now has PyLadies Ghana contact on them.

 

I just noticed few minutes ago

 

What could have happened?

Hi @Zurum, thanks for posting! We don’t have any default flows that would change an “unknown” contact to some other one. I wonder if it has to to with your setup. I’m gonna put you in touch with our support team to take a closer look. You’ll get an email from our system and then a reply from one of my colleagues.
