Hello @Natalie from Copper and @Michelle from Copper I have a followup question. So I may need to change the information on the conversion report from “owner” to “team member” or even owners and team members. How do I change this to see the success of each team member? I have it set up as 1 user but 2 team members and may add more team members before I add more owners. I would like to see how the team member is doing on lead conversion (won/loss/abandon) but cant seem to see how to separate out the team member to view. The advice you gave to create a conversion report was excellent and easy to follow hoping this is just an “add” to that report or a 2nd report is fine too. Also, not sure if this is important, I have manager status and I have given my assistant just member status. Thank you, Kelly
This week, we reintroduced automatic contact sync from your mobile device, fixed a few bugs, and introduced additional decimal places in number fields. We will also be sunsetting our meeting scheduler feature on August 31.Mobile appWe’re reintroducing the option to automatically sync your new device contacts to Copper. This auto-sync will now exclude Google Contacts, as this previously caused duplication for customers who also have our Google Contact sync enabled. This feature will roll out to all users over the next week.Meeting SchedulerA few months ago, Copper announced that following Google Calendar’s launch of its appointment scheduling feature, we will be sunsetting our own Meeting Scheduler on August 31, 2022.We recommend users migrate to Google Calendar’s appointment scheduler, or explore Calendly or Calendar Hero as soon as possible to minimize any disruption. Don’t forget: You may have Copper Meeting Scheduler links embedded in email templates, within your marketing automatio
I’ve set up our first pipeline in Copper, and even an automation which when they move to the final pipeline stage they get a tag added. However, the tag doesn’t seem to also then get added to the contact/person associated with that opportunity. Similarly, certain fields that we want to apply to a contact aren’t available in the opportunity view. Here’s a Loom explaining: I’d really appreciate any insights please!
I work with multiple excel sheets that have various tags on each one but many of the same people. When I import a sheet with Tag columns, the “pre-import tags” are 1) overwritten and replaced (and the previous ones deleted) if I choose the [overwrite] function on import OR 2) they don’t appear at all if I choose the [skip] button on import. I would like to add tags to a person on import using the [overwrite] function, not completely replace the tags. For example, let’s say Excel sheet Alpha marks Janet with tags that indicate she likes “football” and “softball.” I import. Tags are added to Janet (and 300 others) that say “football” and “softball.” 3 weeks later I acquire new information: Janet likes Karate too, so I start Excel Sheet Beta (because Janet told me this in a google form which generates a google sheet which I download as an excel sheet and name Beta). I add tag “Karate” to Janet and 147 other people. Next is tricky. If I import and overwrite, then it tags Janet as “Karate
Hi all, I’m looking to set up an automation for opportunities who are in a single stage to get automatically abandoned after 10 days of being created. I am struggling to reach the Copper Support Centre as my help bubble has disappeared, does anyone have any idea how to set this automation up/ the formula?Any help would be much appreciated!Thank you, Patrycja
I'm having a problem with Copper and was hoping someone could help me. I have a pipeline running and want to add a new column but can't seem to do it. Seems like it should be very simple but somehow it is not. Could someone please help me figure this out? Thank you.
My ‘Live chat help’ bubble is gone… I have submitted a request form but it bounced back saying these inboxes are no longer monitored. I have no idea why it is gone and how to bring it back. Could someone advise? Many thanks, Patrycja
I’m having an issue adding the primary contact to this workflow. Copper is rejecting “primary_contact_id” formula. I have checked for spaces and even copied it directly from a recipe. Help?
Hi -- is there a limit to the number of connections a person can have? Here is my intended use: I work in real estate and want to track how many deals we do with a given escrow officer. We may work one deal with an escrow officer, and 30 with another escrow officer in one year. Is there a limit to the number of connections that a person record can have with an opportunity record? For future use, are connect field counts captured in reporting tools? Thanks!Christina
Hello Copper Community! If I need to send out over 100 emails on a monthly basis for a single campaign (we have 3-4), how would be the best way to structure it with Copper automation? It’s a daunting task to get out 400+ emails per month on separate pipelines with different templates and all sorts of variables. Just not sure the most efficient way to accomplish this task since I imagine there are a few ways to handle it via Copper. But I want to know which is the most efficient means. Thanks and look forward to hearing your all’s feedback!
I am trying to get in touch with someone from copper, but it looks like the chat button is down and no-one is online. Is anyone else experiencing the same?
To change billing I am told to use the in-app chat, but I have no idea how to do that, and there is no instruction anywhere on the Copper site that I can find.
Is it possible in Copper to build scenarios into reports? In senior management (and for our BoD) we want to look at possible sales outcomes based on a couple ok key variables? Secondly, we would like to see how accurate our forecasts are over time and adjust our assumptions (e.g. probability of close in any given stage) based on sales performance. Are either of these (or both) possible today within Copper?
We would love to be able to set company and individual budgets for things like total revenue per month, lead conversion, opportunity conversion etc so the reporting can show actuals to target.
