I need help with creating a reminder for my sales reps to regularly check in on customers.
I need the workflow automation to find all companies that zip code begin with 790 and have not been contacted in 180 days create a todo for the owner in copper to contact them.

An alternative solution would be to regularly audit via the list view filter. Although this step would be manual, you could semi-automate creation of reminder tasks by bulk editing a checkbox.
The rule would be setup like below, after you create the custom field checkbox
