Not understanding the workflow automation

Hello

I am new to Copper and thus far, it is great

I have watched a few videos on automation, but when you get into the details of triggers, and this does that and so on, it is a bit confusing

Here is what I want to do

There are 2 types of people I want this automation to work for

1. leads in my pipeline
2. Other people

I want to set up automation that will send an email when I have gone 30 days without contact

Any ideas?

Also, if there are some resources that go more in depth with how the triggers and automation works that is great too
