Hi, it’s not letting me save the automation rule and it’s saying “Unsupported value.” Am I doing something wrong?

View originalAn “unsupported values” error means there is a variable or formula that was not entered correctly. Double-check your variables and formulas, and, if you are using a custom field as a variable, make sure you enter “cf_” as a prefix to the field key. For example, if your field key is “start_date”, you would want to use “cf_start_date” as the variable.

Hey thanks, turns out I didn’t put cf_ on the custom field variables.
