Filter contacts by number of views of an email

Hi @celinenguyen, If you’re sending the campaign using our bulk email feature, then there’s not a way to filter based on the number of views.

If you’re sending it through Marketing Tools (available on Business Tier), you can get a list of everybody who opened an email. But you wouldn’t be able to specify that they needed to open it X number of times.

The setup would look like this in Marketing Tools:

1. Create and send an email sequence
2. Create a Segment that include everybody who opened a certain email X number of times
