Hi all!I have a query regarding one of the features of Copper. I see my won opportunities (along with their value) and win rate being displayed on the Company level in Copper in some sort of a line graph(as you can see in the attachment). But I want this feature to be extended to the People (User) level.I cannot see this option being displayed on the People level. I tried reading the API documentation to see if there could be some tweaks in order to display this through API but couldn’t find any.Can someone please help me with this request?
Hi there, I let Copper sync all my google contacts before. Two questions: Is it possible to have an option to not sync the entire list? Although it assured me, that it would not import duplicates (previously imported contacts), it did and now I have my entire contact list in Copper two times… Is that a bug or will it be like this every time, that I want to automatically sync contacts from google contacts?Thanks for letting me know!Jul
I would like to create a report or a download of person specific information - name, email, linkedin profile, for the primary contacts of Companies with a specific tag. How can I do this? Jim
To develop a forward looking forecast, I want to show the cumulative effect of the orders (ARR) closing in the future….ie if Q1 is 1M and Q2 is 1M I want Q3 to start w/2M. Every CRM seems to do this out of the box but just can figure it out in Copper. When the VC asks, how much ARR will have by end of year I have to add up each spike in my chart:-)
I am trying to create a report that collects everything I have tagged. It will only let me filter to show ones that have been tagged but it will not bring in new tags. Is there anything I can do to help that?
HiWe are looking for a telephony solution that is compatible with Copper. Our goal is that incoming calls are immediately synchronised with Copper and our employees know who is contacting us. A telephony partner in Switzerland recommended Innovaphone to us. Unfortunately, there is no standardised API interface from Copper for this yet. Are there any plans for this? For those posting data to Copper, what’s your normal method for testing - do you have a mirror of your production copper system, a subset of it, or other methods to validate the data is updating or creating the expected records?
I’m curious how folks handle opportunities that are a great fit but want you to follow up in the future? I don’t want to have inactive deals sitting in the pipeline, but I don’t want to lose the opportunity.Our solution was to set up a “Re-engage” pipeline for such opportunties, but not sure about the best practice here. When someone completes a task, Copper should log that activity, right? Well, this doesn’t seem to happen for us and I can’t figure out why….Our team uses 2 custom activity types on Copper: Wireframe and Bid. We use automated tasks and these tasks are categorized by these 2 activity types. We can see that Copper logs our activity in the detail view for Leads and Opportunities…. but when I try to create a user activity report, none of these activities are counted. Is anyone else having this problem?
We have grown to the point that Quickbooks Online (QBO) no longer fits our business. Our new accounting firm would like to integrate Quickbooks Desktop into Copper, or would like our company to switch CRM vendors, which sounds awful. Does Copper support Quickbooks Desktop integration including generating QB quotes and price book from the Copper platform (so our team does not have to have access to a server based QB account). We have migrated to Salesforce and now want to reduce the number of Copper seats to just one. The reason for keeping one seat is to have access to any information that may not have been migrated properly. However, I am unable to find a way to do this within the app, and it has been challenging to locate an official Copper support channel (chat is no longer an option). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I am running a campaign and have created a custom dropdown field with the Campaign Name in Leads. I want to track the activity for that campaign. I’ve used the activity template and have added the CF to the filter in the report, nothing filters. I wait hours for an update and nothing filters. I get the same information on all of my activity reports, nothing filters.I need to know how many calls and emails are being made for this specific group of leads. Is this possible with this application? I’ve implemented and administered several different CRMs and have not has these these types of delays and complicated steps for seemingly simple reports. Are there settings that I am missing? I’ve gone to the knowledge base and video’s, followed the instructions, so I must be missing something.Thank you!
I am currently retrieving leads and opportunities data through the API. I see some leads in my data that are converted, also confirmed on Copper that the opportunity exists but somehow the opportunity data doesn’t have the converted lead_id. I also checked on Copper Insights Builder, dragged and dropped the fields Opp ID and Lead ID to make sure the API is returning the right data, and Insights Builder is also showing lead id blank for this opportunity id. Are there certain actions that a sales person can take when creating opportunity that doesn’t link to the lead?
Hello,I’ve tried to create a report that show who the person was that was attached to an activity. I can’t find how to turn off the filter that says “include 0). I don’t want to see the entire list of people, just the ones who have an activity attached. Seems like it should be easy, but I’m not seeing it. Thank you!

I’ve created a new pipeline and I want to add some of our existing contacts (companies) into the pipeline. They are already a contact of ours for other pieces of work and we have this new pipeline to target a new piece of software to them. I can’t work out how to do this.If I am in the pipeline and click on the Add New button, it gives me two options of Add an Opportunity or Import an Opportunity, If I click add an opportunity it brings up a blank worksheet to fill in rather than pulling through existing company details when I start typing the name.Is this possible?
Hi Copper Team, I’d like to run a report where I can see the Discovery Calls that happened in a specific date range, and which of those deals closed. We have an Activity Type called, “Discovery Call”. I want to tell Copper, “show me all the discovery calls that happened in the month of February, and show me which of those deals have closed as of today”.How do I do that?
While on the “Tasks” tab, I drill down into opportunities to complete the task. When I click back on the “Tasks” tab to complete the next task, 3-4 task unrelated to the task I just completed show a checkmark in the “completed” box. I’ve done this 4 or 5 times now with the same consistent result. If I hasn’t returned to the “tasks” tab, I’m afraid these may slip through the cracks. I was able to uncheck them so they are showing undone, but I can’t rely on that being the process.
I would like to be able to set trigger conditions based on custom fields for the “check once a day” triggers, as they are accessible for the remaining triggers such as “When an opportunity is created”
