I have about 10 people listed in connection with a project in the pipeline but only the first contact goes in as the primary contact as it is created. If I need to change this to another person how do I do that?

Hello, When I try to export people it says “Export started. You'll receive an email to download the file when it's ready.” then I never get an email with the exported data. I have used this feature in the past and it has worked before but it has since stopped working. I checked my junk folder, and I have tried this several times over the past week. Please advise.
If my team were to add customers from a new segment category, we’d of course want to keep those leads/clients/opps/etc separated and easily distinguishable from the full dataset of clients we already have in our existing segment category.I know I can just create a field and sort by that, but hoping there’s a more elegant and native solution for scaling for growth. Hi guys, In the last 2 weeks, every time i view an email i sent to a prospect, Copper will count it as one view from the receiver. So basically i sent an email to be tracked, opened the email by the same laptop (the same IP address) and Copper still cant manage to filter that out. Now I dont know if the email was actually opened by the prospect or not, because it could just be me that who opened it and got counted. Anyone got the same problem? I have only experienced recently and it is super annoying because it gave me false positives.
Hi all Not sure others have come across this. I am trying to update an opportunity stage using the copper integration in zapier. Specifically I am using the “Update Opportunity By ID” action.First of all, when I try to specify the “Stage” value under “Action”, I am seeing “No options are available”.No options foundSo instead I am manually inserting the id value of the stage I want to update the opportunity to. When I test the step, I am getting a 500 error and I suspect this is because the stage property is pipeline_stage_id instead of stage_id. The Copper API documentation suggests it should be pipeline_stage_id.stage_id instead of pipeline_stage_idHas anyone else come across this, and does anyone know how I can resolve this problem?Many thanksSee Wah

If you have used the Google Contacts 1-way Sync please join this conversation! I would love to get your feedback. I have been using it and it seems really unstable. It took over a week for 4000 contacts to be synced from Copper to my Google Contacts. Even after that small changes (updating a phone number) took days, which renders it effectively useless. The data also does not seem to match from one to the other platform. I have asked Copper about but they dont seem to have much info as to why the sync is so slow and unpredictable. I did get the response that Copper cant predict what its servers are doing on any given day so they cant predict the sync timing - which is concerning bc then there is no way to know when anything will sync. This is obviously an issue for retaining Copper as your SSOT for contacts, which logically it should be so you arent trying to maintain dual contact databases. Thoughts??
