The user activity reports (legacy or new) only seem to capture data if the App is opened on your phone. If our users don't open the mobile app for a period of time it gives us a false report. Is that a bug?

@TL1074, thanks for posting. That is strange - the activity report should not have any dependency on the mobile app. Are you seeing this even for activities that should be logged automatically, such as Sent Email?
Either way, I recommend you work with our technical support team to look into the issue. I’m going to submit a ticket on your behalf. You will get an email from our system, followed by an email from one of our product experts.
Thanks for creating the ticket. I worked through it with your tech and thought we had the issue resolved. However it seems like it’s persisting. Are you able to issue another ticket?
