I am running a campaign and have created a custom dropdown field with the Campaign Name in Leads. I want to track the activity for that campaign. I’ve used the activity template and have added the CF to the filter in the report, nothing filters. I wait hours for an update and nothing filters. I get the same information on all of my activity reports, nothing filters.
I need to know how many calls and emails are being made for this specific group of leads. Is this possible with this application? I’ve implemented and administered several different CRMs and have not has these these types of delays and complicated steps for seemingly simple reports. Are there settings that I am missing? I’ve gone to the knowledge base and video’s, followed the instructions, so I must be missing something.
