September 9, 2022 - Append tags, meeting scheduler sunset

This week, we introduced an append tags option in our import tool, sunset our meeting scheduler, and fixed bugs within reports and user management.

Import

When using our import tool to update existing records, you now have the option to append (i.e. add) new tags to records while keeping any existing tags in place. Previously, any tags imported would overwrite - remove any tags on existing records and replace it with the new tags. Append Tags appears as an option during the import wizard, and is selected by default. For more details, click here.

Meeting Scheduler

Following Google Calendar’s launch of its appointment scheduling feature, we’ve officially sunset our own Meeting Scheduler as of August 31, 2022.

We recommend users migrate to Google Calendar’s appointment scheduler, or explore Calendly or Calendar Hero as soon as possible to minimize any disruption. Don’t forget: You may have Copper Meeting Scheduler links embedded in email templates, within your marketing automation flows or on your website.

Bugs & Enhancements

We’ve squashed a few bugs this week:

• We fixed an issue where the Copper Reports refresh data displayed “NaN” instead of the hour.

• We resolved an issue where some customers received an error when trying to delete old user accounts.
