This week, we continued to work on improving email open tracking reliability for our Chrome extension and made an update to the “Keep Things Moving” section of the dashboard.
Chrome extension
We’ve continued to improve the reliability of our email open tracking feature to prevent Copper users from being counted as an “email open” when they read their own emails in Gmail on desktop.
As part of these improvements, you may be prompted to re-enable or refresh your Chrome extension over the next few weeks to gain access to these updates. For more information and instructions, click here.
Bugs & Enhancements

The ‘Keep Things Moving’ section of the Dashboard now displays more timely recommendations. We now display follow ups from the last 3-7 days, rather than the last 3-14 days. This will also improve overall app performance.
