Best way to view revenue vs forecasted revenue?

On a pipeline, there is a total amount for what is in each stage. It seems like that is the combined total value listed for all of the opportunities in that stage.Is there a way to view this in regards to a forecasted revenue perspective? For example: Stage one closes at a 5% rate so rather than showing a million dollars in revenue opportunity, it would show $50,000. I’m a little new at this, I know there are some reports that can show this information but being able to toggle it in the pipeline view from total to forecasted would be really handy.

Tracking Showings for Real Estate Agents

In Realtyjuggler, a CRM I have been using, you had the ability to create a listing and then record each showing - which agent or buyer came, what date, why(open house, agent preview, client showing) - when the made the appointment, the date of the appointment, and then a feedback section, if an offer was made, ect. Are any real estate agents using Copper to track listings and showings in a similar fashion?

Calculating values in custom fields using workflow automation question

I have a bid packet that is sent to potential clients. This bid includes a variety of pricing. There are 2 values entered by our estimator, and then 5 other values that are based on those two values.I have created a cf for each of the values and tried to create a workflow automation based on one of the values entered by the estimator (I would like to do the same for each of the different prices - but just wanted to test it first). Here’s my automation: But nothing seems to be happening to the 12 Week Full/WSV field. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!Ruth

Gmail File attachment error when using Copper extension

Hi there,Over the past 2-3 days, I’ve been continually getting this error message on Gmail when trying to attach a file to a message by selecting “Upload from Computer”:Failed to find the composer upload buttonIt's been coming up repeatedly and only eventually disappears if I reload the whole page, but this is making sending emails with attachments extremely slow and cumbersome.It seems to mainly happen when I’ve used Copper to load a message template into an email, and then try to attach a file.I’ve worked with our internal IT team to update Chrome, restart the browser, uninstall the Copper Chrome extension and reinstall it, but the error message continues to pop up. When the Copper extension is not installed in Chrome, or when I try a browser other than Chrome, I do not see the message pop up. Any help would be much appreciated!Thanks.

Projects API request doesn't return all fields

Hey all.I am trying to migrate Projects object from the Copper and I found that some fields that I have on UI don’t return by the Projects API request - https://developer.copper.com/projects/list-projects-search.html#list-projects-in-groups-of-200.The missing fields are: due date and visibility.Maybe someone know why do these fields not return in the request?Is there are no reason it would be good to add them to the request’s response

Hello, I want to see if there’s a way for someone (for example) to send an email to 20 contacts quickly, 1. We want to put all 20 recipients in the “To” line, but we it to allow customization to say “Dear __(insernet name)_” was curious if there is a way to do this in copper to send a mass email (or template to send a mass email) that would allow someone to send an email through copper then automatically send the email by pulling the data and automating the email for him.

Copper Changing/Correcting Dates and Specific Actions

We are having a consistent issue in that we will enter specific data or make an action and somehow the action is changed. Here is an example: Recently for new client, we entered the Contract End Date as 12/30/23. When we went back, the date had changed to 12/29/23. We changed it again to 12/30/23 and again it was changed to 12/29/23. This is a real issue and it happens frequently. And specifically with any date. How do we fix/stop this from happening?

Question about data import

Hi Team. We’re interested in shifting to Copper as our main CRM but to do that, we need to migrate our data from Pipedrive and Streak (example attached). Could you tell me if there’s a way to automate this fully or do we need to put a lot of manual work in setting up the tables, etc. Is there a way to create our custom fields upon import automatically? Thanks for your help!

Workflow Automation - Automatically move to next stage based on a date

Hi all,We created a “Licensing Renewal” pipeline for our clients who must renew their business licenses once a year. We have a custom field in each of those client’s records “Renewal Date”. I’d like to set up a workflow automation to automatically move that record to a certain stage in the pipeline if the “Renewal Date” is equal to 90 days from today.The affect of this automation is that the owner of the record will receive an email informing them that the stage has change, which will be a reminder that they have 90 days to complete the renewal.

Help with Login

I tried submitting a request through the website, but I received a notice that support@coppercrm.zendesk.com is no longer monitored. My issue is that I signed up for Copper using my company email address, and it set me up with a trial account. I was unaware my company needed to enroll me on their end. So now I have two accounts and it’s causing me issues with tracking and logging information to the correct profile. I need to have the trial account deleted. I just want to use the “ConnectUs Corp” login. Thank you.

Email Merge - only one contact?

I’m trying to send a bulk email, but Copper chooses only the first contact in an account, not my actual contact I’m trying to email. Is there a better way to do this? On the Companies tab, I filtered to companies owned by me. Thanks!

Can you filter people to only see those for whom you have a personal email address filed completed?

I want to identify only those people in Copper with a personal email address in order to send them a personalised email campaign. I will then do a slightly different campaign for the other people for whom I only have their work email address.

Suggestions not working anymore

The Copper chrome plugin used to work great. It would show the name and email address for the user who emailed me and ask me if I wanted to create a new user if they did not exist. This functionality has stopped working and now it only shows a random person from a previous email sometimes over a week old. The plugin is completely worthless because now I have to manually enter the users info. What happened why is this not working anymore?

SCCs updating

I'm Cecilia and I'm supporting data protection-related matters at Bytro. As you may know, the European Commission has released a new Standard Contractual Clause (SCCs) on June 4, 2021 for international data transfer. From December 27, 2022, all old SCCs must be replaced by new SCCs. That's why we are contacting our partners to ensure they will update their SCCs by the deadline. Copper and Bytro have signed a data processing agreement in July 2021 and the agreement mentioned that SCCs is a basis for international data transfer. However it was old SCCs. Therefore, could you please kindly let us know whether Copper has updated the new SCCs? Could you send me a link/a document showing SCCs updating? Best regards,Cecilia

Creating a new Opportunity from a new Company automation

I have an automation set up to create a new opportunity when a new company is created with a certain contact type. How do I make sure that the new company is associated to the opportunity? I feel like I’ve tried every possible formula, but it won’t let me use company_id or company_name.
