Hey, my team does a lot of texting with our clients. Do you have any recommendations for a VOIP service that integrates with Copper and can do automatic text/SMS logging?

Hi Ravi, JustCall’s integration supports text/SMS logging! By default it will log them as Notes, but you are able to configure it so that it logs them as any custom activity type (such as SMS/Text Message).
