Unable to Fetch File Content via API

Hello, 

Through the API it appears we are unable to pull actual file content. All we are able to see are examples such as: 

“id”: 995582609,
        “is_deleted”: false,
        “file_name”: “image003.png”,
        “file_size”: 74777,
        “content_type”: “image/png”,
        “creator_id”: null,
        “date_created”: 1664473431,
        “date_modified”: 1664475546

It appears we cannot pull the file itself. Are we missing something?

Hi @Zachary Caputo, thanks for posting. Our API does not return the file contents, and at this time you would need to download each file through the Copper UI. I’m not aware of any workaround for this, although I am happy to connect you with our technical support team in case they have any suggestions.
