Is there a third party quoting tool available that integrates with Copper? If so, then can it support a parts list and tiered pricing structure?

For quoting, I recommend Quickbooks Online (QBO) - this is the “standard” solution for small business invoicing. You can create custom products and services to add to your invoices and estimates. (note: they use the term estimate instead of quote)
Our integration shows the related invoices in the Related section of a Person, Company, or Opportunity.
Plus, lots of bookkeepers and accountants are familiar with QBO so that might simplify things on the finance side.
We also have a native integration with Vogsy, but their quoting is more centered around billable hours and project-based work. It might work, but I’d recommend looking at QBO first.
