New Mailchimp integration not syncing

Is anyone else having issues with the initial sync not working? Once I enter our API key, I just get the spinning wheel of death that says “will be with you in just a moment”

Would love help figuring this out!

Hi @Allison W, thanks for posting! Have you had a chance to try again since you posted? Did you get the same issue?

If it’s still happening, I recommend reaching out to our technical support team using the in-app messenger icon. They’ll be able to look at more specifics around your account, API key, etc.
