I am having an issue with my SquareSpace lead form -- I have a zap that I have implemented that will automatically create a Copper record as a lead from the information that the potential client inputs into the form I have on SquareSpace. Suddenly, it is incorporating the field type into the name.
Example:
What used to be John Smith is Now “First=John, Last=Smith”.
I have reached out to both Zapier (who says it is a bug on SquareSpace’s front) and SquareSpace (who seemed to dodge my question/issue entirely and just sent me the Zapier integration help guide) to no avail.
Since this just happened all of a sudden, I wondered if anyone here has any experience with this and could give me some guidance on what is happening/what I might be able to do to fix it.
