Why does editing 300 contacts take more than a day?

This morning I edited 300 contacts to add a tag, and never got a completion notification. So I ran it again 4 hours later, and still nothing.

 

What’s up?

 

Seems basic. Or am I being unreasonable?

Hi @andrewbermudez, thanks for posting! What you experienced is not normal; bulk edits are usually processed very quickly. Yesterday we did have a period where bulk edit was taking longer than normal. The root cause has been addressed, however it may take some time clear up the backlog.

Edit: I have asked out engineers about the status and they say things should be largely back to normal. I also ran a test bulk edit and it fully processed in under 5 minutes. If you are still experiencing long wait times please get in touch with our technical support team through the in-app chat.
