In Gmail when you click the copper button to relate an email to a customer, if you have multiple name matches, is the one you want listed at the top?
At the moment if I have 3 joe bloggs match i have no way of knowing which one i should relate the email too.

If there are legitimately three separate individuals with the same name, then I’m not sure there’s a way to tell them apart in the “Relate to” function. If this is something you think might come up often then please let the product team know by posting in the Ideas section.
