I’ve been using Copper going on three weeks, l am really liking this so far.
I do have a question;
In the pipeline next to the opportunity title there is a small box, if I hover over this I get a follow or unfollow message. What does this do?

A gold star next to an opportunity name means that you are following this opportunity and will be notified if there are any changes made to it. For example, if you are the owner of an opportunity and one of your teammates logs in a note or an activity on this opportunity, you will notified by email and/or in the web app.
You can follow different records in Copper, i.e. people, leads, opportunities, tasks and projects to stay on top of your game (either manually checkbox the star icon or make a setting to automatically follow certain records).
To customize what records to automatically follow in Copper, please go to Settings > Personal Preferences > Notifications (scroll to the bottom of the screen):
