Someone just left my company. How do I remove his login?

There are two steps to removing a user from Copper:

1. Delete the user login: This can only be done by an Admin or the Account Owner. Go to Settings > Accounts Settings > Company & Invite New Users and click on the trash can icon to the right of the user's name. This removes the login but not the seat from your subscription. 
2. Remove the seat from billing: This can only be done by the Account Owner. Please contact our support team through the in-app chat to remove paid seats from your account.

If you are an Account Owner or an Admin, you can add your team members to Copper by following the instruction below:

1. Go to Settings > Accounts Settings > Company & Invite New Users and click the Invite  Users button in the upper right corner.
