I am an admin for our company and I went to create a new Shared Template for emails for my team. The Create Template button is greyed out. Is that because we have used the max # of shared templates allowed. We currently have 10, because we really like the feature and use them a lot. If 10 is the limit, is it road mapped to add more? Otherwise I can post the idea in the appropriate place.

@Jodi! So, it looks like it’s because your company signed up for Copper quite a while ago, when email templates had a limit of 10. I’m working with our team to get that fixed for you. 🙂
