Sending emails on behalf of another user

I want to send emails to leads and people on behalf of another Copper user at my company so it appears as though the email is being sent by them. Is this possible?

Hi @Lindsey, that’s a great question. This is possible through our Email Sequences feature, which is available to subscribers on our Business tier. When you set up an Email Sequences campaign, you can specify who the sender should be. You can also enable dynamic sender, which changes the sender to whoever owns the contact records in Copper.

If you are on our Professional tier you won’t be able to send emails that looks like they came from another user.
