As you may know, the European Commission has released a new Standard Contractual Clause (SCCs) on June 4, 2021 for international data transfer. From December 27, 2022, all old SCCs must be replaced by new SCCs. That's why we are contacting our partners to ensure they will update their SCCs by the deadline.
Copper and Bytro have signed a data processing agreement in July 2021 and the agreement mentioned that SCCs is a basis for international data transfer. However it was old SCCs.
Therefore, could you please kindly let us know whether Copper has updated the new SCCs? Could you send me a link/a document showing SCCs updating?
