Hi I want to be able to download the data regularly so i can track status changes across the opportunities and for data back up purposes. There are reports I can regularly email myself, but I want to email an export not a report at a set date/time each week.

If that’s the case, you can add a CSV/XLSX to that schedule email. Where you go to set up that schedule email, you’ll see an option for “Select attachments”
When you click “Select attachments” it gives you a list of Insights to attach in CSV or XLSX format. Just click it to add it to your scheduled email.
