I had some incomplete people in Copper. I ran a CSV file with all the complete info. I was assuming that all info on the CSV would populate the incomplete people making the file complete. Do I have to go in and put in all info manually once there is a record in Copper?

So, it sounds like you’re trying to populate some information on People who already exist in Copper. If that’s the case, you can do this using Manage Matching Records.
In short, this allows you to update information on existing records. The easiest way to do this is to match by email address. Essentially, you tell the importing tool: check if this email address is attached to a Person. If it is, update the information for them.
Can I ask you: do the incomplete People in your Copper all have an email address?
