Online and app are not synced

Hi all, My name is Darren, I am brand new to Copper. I started working with Copper on my IpadPro and now im looking to use my laptop to set up all the administrative tasks. But my pipelines are not showing on the laptop version but are on the APP version. Im using the same logins via my Gmail suite Could anyone help please.

Hi @DFinn, thanks for posting! Your pipelines should automatically sync across all devices, so this might be a technical issue. It looks like you are in touch with my colleague James on the technical team over email/chat - he’ll be able to help you investigate. Looks like he followed up with you about 4 hours ago so you should have a recent notification from him. Let me know if you can’t locate it.
