Message box missing when replying to an email

Hello all,

 

One of our user has a problem when exchanging several emails with Copper.  The Message box is so small, he can’t write in it.

Does any body have experienced that? Is it a bug?

Hi Michelle,

Thank you.

I think it’s because there are to many contacts in BCC because when I remove one of them, the message box appears.

@Stephanie that’s probably it! I’m going to send your post to the design team just in case they want to double-check how to interface works when you have lots of cc’s and bcc’s.
