Major Bug: when filters applied, wrong data is listed

This has been going on for some time now and potentially can lead to major issues with bulk updates:

  1. When I apply a set of filters or pull up a quick filter on people, leads, etc; the wrong data is shown unless reapplied twice.
  2. This is alway reproducible when navigating to Imports > Summary > then clicking through to the filtered list for the first time.

Today this resulted in me bulk updating the wrong records with a different owner and overwriting lead descriptions. 

Please fix!
