Is there a way to add a secondary email address to a contact record?

We communicate with the same individual but often times on different email addresses and we would like for all the information to be merged under one contact.

Also can the secondary emails be imported?

To manually add multiple email addresses under one Person, simply hover over the email address listed in their People record details section. You will then see, “Add More”. Click that hyperlink to add additional email addresses. 

Secondary emails can be imported for People records. When importing multiple email addresses for People, create additional columns in your CSV file.

For each additional email address:

  1. Create one additional column to the import template
  2. Name the column “[Type] Email” (Example: “Work Email”)

Here’s an example of how to multiple emails for importing:

 

Copper limits each Lead to have only one email address.
