@Natalie Waghorn I love that! I worked with businesses that ranged from a handyman with a truck to province-wide franchises. The only ones that were able to scale were the ones that had clear systems, and that had folks committed to working on the business rather than in it.

Exactly! You hit the nail on the head! We are a growth service. We have a proven process of step by step training to leverage business owners OUT of the business so that they can GROW the business. I like to say we help trades businesses become scalable & saleable.

Hi everyone!
I’m the Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Aurora Motors in the SF Bay Area. My big project recently was getting my sales team to adopt Copper on a daily basis, and to enter all their deals in the sales pipeline, and integrated PandaDocs so they can write formal quotes for customers. I consult the Copper chat team pretty regularly, and always appreciate how helpful they are!
