Hello, I would like to be able to see what my team members are logging on a daily basis. Is there away to see what other users have done at a high level? This is so we can track engagement on the CRM and also as a way for our sales people to see what is most top of mind for other users and find connections more easily.
Hello, I was rearranging the columns in the company section to present the information in a certain way when accessing the information about the company. However when my team member logs into their account they are unable to see the changes. How do I make the changes that I did on my end to other users? Please help.
Hi there, is there a way, to automatically "pin" all Notes and Activity Logs? We would like to have those notes always pinned and directly on top, when opening the Opportunity or the Lead? So people do not have to scroll down to find the most important infos. Thanks.
Just today I tried to create a new task. Copper is requiring me to include a tag. I tried to do that but Copper doesn’t accept it. There is no drop down for me to select a tag, no hint as to what it wants for a tag. Nothing. Just won’t accept my task. Has something changed or is this just a little glitch?
We have recently engaged the services of a consultant who will be assisting with the onboarding of new members of our sales team. This person’s email address is outside of our domain - can I add him to my team or will I need to have a domain email address created in order to grant him access to our pipeline?
It’s really hard to figure out the best way to name opportunities and records within Copper so that you can easily relate them to emails in Gmail. Is there any way that you can toggle over the results when you start typing in the keywords to see the full title of an opportunity or other record? That way you know which one to associate?
Hey all, I have a load of People that maybe in the past we worked with but would like to move them back to a lead. Can I do this within Copper? I know one solution could be to export into excel and then clean it up and import and clean things up that way but I am afraid of that type of thing. Thanks!
My office relies heavily on Google Calendar. All tasks entered into Copper automatically appear in Google, but only as a 5 minute event. Is there any way to include a start and end time in the task? Otherwise we have to edit the event in Google Calendar. This becomes rather time consuming.
Hi thereI’ve noticed that when I enter data into a field in one record type, e.g., People, it doesn't transfer over to other record types, e.g., Company. The field will show up on both but not the data entered.Is this just a normal limitation or is there a way for this to happen?
Can I archive a contact’s old email address in Copper without deleting it? In other words, I have a contact that has used multiple emails, but now wants us to use only one. I would like to keep all emails in Copper so the emails synch; however, the client record shows more than one email address, which makes it hard to know which email is current. It would be helpful to somehow archive the old email addresses so that they are hidden, but Copper is still using them to synch the contact’s old emails.
Is there any way we can customize the fields that show up on the opportunity tiles when on the board view? Currently that display Opportunity Name, Company, Owner, Value, and close date. Can we change any of those? See below: Additionally - can we customize what info populates when we do a search? Right now if you search a name or anything and hit enter the search results only pull up the title, stage, status, and the description field. Are we able to change any of those or add to it what displays?
