I want to add seats to my subscription but getting reseller error

First I went to my billing page to add 2-seats and found this

This Copper account is managed by your reseller.
For billing information and to make changes to your subscription (change plan type, add/remove seats), please contact your reseller directly:

I purchased my subscription directly when this was Prosperworks. I am not aware of any reseller.


I tried to reach support via the chat app to address this 48 hours ago and have not heard anything back. 

What do I need to do to get this done?
