Hey all,

How do I turn off the browser notification for email tracking?

Hi @mlto, try these steps:

  1. In your Chrome Broswer, click the puzzle piece icon in the top right corner > Manage Extensions > Copper CRM > Details > Extension Options
  2.  Under Web Notifications, you’ll see a checkbox for Turn Off Email Tracking Notifications.

 

This is also where you can block the extension from showing when you’re logged into certain Gmail accounts. That’s useful if you’re logging in and out between your work Gmail and your personal Gmail, for example.
