How to Delete Import Tags?

Hi @Duane, you can use bulk edit to delete import tags. Here are the steps:

1. Go to your Company/People/Opportunity/Leads list and apply a filter based on the import tag you want to remove.
2. Select all the records.
3. Click the pencil icon neat the top to open your bulk edit options.
4. Under the bulk edit options, you’ll see an area for Tag. Click the X on the import tag.
5. Click Update.

Note, it may take several minutes for your change to take effect. You will receive an email once the update is complete.

That’s great @Duane. I have noticed that deleting import tags seems to take longer than other types of bulk edits. If it ever seems exceptionally long feel free to let our support team know through the in-app chat.
