Can I change “Lost, Abandoned, Won” to something else? I’d like “Won” to be changed to “Paid.”

While it is not possible to change/customize the “Lost”, “Abandoned” and “Won” categories, it is possible for you to create a pipeline stage called “Paid”.
Before making this change, one question you would want to consider is what do you plan on reporting against? “Won” opportunities or based on your pipeline stages?
To update your pipeline stage(s), within the “Opportunities” page, click the gear/settings icon and select “Customize Pipeline”.
