Google contact integration - is it two way sync?

I am in the trial for Copper. I do not want to waste too much time without understanding the Google Contacts sync in more detail. Can someone tell me if the current GC integration is two way?

Hi @ronwood, thanks for posting! The Google Contacts sync is one-way. It only pushes contacts from Copper into Google Contacts, not the other way around. There are more details in this article.

Now, that applies for the ongoing sync. But we also have a very easy way to import contacts from Google Contacts into Copper. So if you can also do an occasional import to keep things up to date.

This is what that import looks like - you don’t have to upload any spreadsheets, it just grabs Google Contacts that you don’t already have in Copper.

Go to Settings > Manage Your Data > Import Data > Import People > Google Contacts for this screen.
