Hi all, I love Copper, I think it’s an amazing tool.

But somewtimes I think the IT guys get a little bored and start doing things for real time people they have no experience in like ….

… causing the sytem in Gamil to ALWAYS GO TO EMAIL DETAILS.

 

This instantly moves my focus and vision, it takes me away AND ther is no BACK BUTTON??

I’m really really disliking this feature. I did ask about it some time ago and was told ‘it’s a feature, we’re not changin it’ .. really?

 

Is there any work around or feature to turn this ON or OFF?

Would love a change in this department ONLY - everything else for me is excellent :-)

There is not currently a way to turn off the Chrome extension’s response to an email hover or open. Looks like you posted this as an Idea, so I’m going to link it below for visibility. I also left a comment in that thread to clarify the situation - if you can take a look that would be very helpful. :slight_smile:
