Email & calendar syncing: we've noticed that emails/calendar events seem to be inconsistently syncing to Copper. Some show up in Copper that we did not intend to sync. Want to get really clear on the sycning settings so that we can be precise in controlling for what should and should not show up in the database.
Any suggestions?

All of the Gmail calendar events are synced to Copper automatically when people in the calendar booking are added to Copper. Copper goes back up to a year and syncs all of the emails and calendar events you’ve had for that period with a person you added to Copper.
For example, I added Chris to Copper as a person and his details are visible to me in the People section. When I click into Chris’s record I will be able to see all emails and calendar bookings we’ve had over the last year, plus the future calendar events in the Calendar Events under Related.
