Is there any way i can delete all companies without data inside?

To delete all companies with missing fields, you will need to first sort them by email domain (the ones with no email domain will end up at the bottom of your list), checkbox the ones you want to remove and them bulk delete them:
To your second question, I suggest that you merge duplicate accounts instead of deleting them. Here is how you can merge duplicate accounts in Copper:
first, checkbox companies you wish to merge (see screenshot), then hover over an arrow icon at the top of the companies list and click it:
Then, select which data you would like to use and click Merge:
